Until recently, students in Camdenton, Missouri schools who were looking for information on the internet that was affirming to GLBT individuals found those websites blocked, even though the filtering software allowed sites that promoted "reparative therapies" or otherwise had an anti-gay agenda. The district has agreed to purchase new software following a lawsuit brought by American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). More information from
